Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is a safe and effective treatment of using gentle spinal manipulations (both manual and instrument) to realign the spinal vertebra and other joints in order to restore proper function. Chiropractic works by fixing "subluxations" which are misalignments in the spine causing a disruption of a nerve channel and ultimately leading to a reduction of function and/or pain.

Benefits of chiropractic include:

Reduces pain
Improves movement
Restores function
Enhances overall quality of life

Many people seek chiropractic care to help with conditions such as back pain, disc herniations, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, pregnancy related back pain etc. However, chiropractic care has also been shown to be effective for insomnia, bed wetting, chronic ear or sinus infections and so much more!

At Restore Chiropractic, every patient will receive a comprehension exam and evaluating in order to diagnose your condition and determine what treatment plan will be best for you.

Decompression Therapy

Non-surgical spinal decompression traction therapy is a non-invasive treatment for spine related conditions such as disc hernations, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, tension headaches and more. It works by using a specialized table that applies a gentle stretch to a specific region of the spine to reduce pressure on the nerves and disc. This traction creates a negative pressure change within the disc allowing re-hydration to occur which facilitates healing of the discs and surrounding structures. Before starting decompression therapy, our team will evaluate your condition to make sure you are a candidate for this type of treatment and then help you determine how many sessions you may need. This is a very gentle and effective treatment and can be a very successful alternative to surgery!

Stretching and Mobility

Assisted Stretching/Mobility Training

Assisted stretching (also known as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation or PNF stretching) uses an external force to facilitate a passive stretch where the patient is able to remain relaxed and the coach or trainer performs the stretch allowing your body to reach a maximum stretch potential.

Benefits of assisted stretching include:

Deceases pain and stiffness
Increasing range of motion and flexibility
Improves sleep
Reduces stress levels
Overall increase in health and so much more.

We can also design an at home routine for continued improvement of flexibility!
